In a report I created in Word, I used many text blocks
containing written text. I want to remove the text blocks
without removing the actual written text. How can I keep
the written text but eliminate the text block?

I've tried to copy the text inside the block and paste it
outside the block, but it always copies the text block as
well.

Thank you.

Convert the text box to a frame (Format | Text Box | Text Box), then remove
the frame (you can usually do this by pressing Ctrl+Q since the frame is not
part of the paragraph style definition, but you can also use Format | Frame
| Remove Frame).
