How do I take a google image from teh web, move it into Word and then
get it saved to a jpeg?

Umm, don't bother putting into Word first? Most of the images on the
web are already jpeg files and can be saved directly in that format.
Other common formats, such as gif and png, can be converted to jpeg
format with any graphics program -- try IrfanView (www.irfanview.com).
If you really need the picture in Word too, then insert it from the
file on disk, not the other way around.

If the image comes to you already in a Word document, see
