I have a form that I need to insert pictures into a cell. When I do the cell
size changes if the picture is too big, or the entire picture doesn't show.
How do I make it so that no matter which picture I choose it will
automatically fit itself into that cell without having to play with it after
to make it fit?

With the cell (or column) selected, click AutoFit > Fixed Column
Width. In Word 2003 or earlier this is on the Table menu; in Word 2007
it's on the Table Tools > Layout tab of the ribbon.
