Is there a "published" symbol available in word. The icon is similar to the
copyright icon except the letter c in the circle has been replaced by the
letter p.

If you are using Word 2003 you can change to the Arial Unicode MS font and
type ALT +9413 to bring up that symbol. Otherwise, click on Insert > Symbol,
change to the Arial Unicode MS font and select the Enclosed Alphanumerics
subset at the top right-hand corner of the window, you should then see the
symbol you are looking for.
