Put all the addressees in the Bcc: field. Put yourself in the To: field. For
routine mailings, I usually create an Address Book entry for myself (my
email address) that uses the same name as the group to whom I'm sending the
email. For example, I have a group that contains all the members of my
Rotary club and an Address Book entry for myself with the display name
"Rotary Club of Fairhope."

I don't have the Bcc: field. How do I send to undisclosed recipients? Also,
I have an earthlink email address. Is ugrading to Windows Live Mail a good
thing for me to do?

If you're not seeing the Bcc: field, try View | All Headers.
