Re: "Link to Previous" greyed out - why?

What did you think it was a link to? It's a link to the previous
header/footer of the same type. Since there is only one header/footer of
each type per section, there can't be a previous one if there's only one
section.

I think they may have worried about the toolbar button getting too
long with so much text on it :-)
