When I go to print my one page word document, it comes out blank. I have
troubleshooted the printer and it works and I can print e-mails. I just
can't print word documents.

Click on Start | Control Panel | Printers | <select your printer> |
Properties | Advanced. Turn off print spooling and/or advanced text
services, or enable printing directly to the printer.
