Where is the "Help" feature?

Please don't tell me that we're on our own to figure out how to run Word
2007. I cannot find anything that resembles the normal "Help" feature. I'm
trying desperately to do a simple HTML email layout and cannot find the usual
types of menus.

Did you try F1 or click on the question-mark-in-a-circle button?
