How do you insert a handwritten signature into a word document?

I would like to take out vice presidents handwritten signature and add it to
a word document/outlook email.

Scan a copy of the person's signature into a jpg or (other
image) file. Insert the image file into at document at the
appropriate place.

You'll have to money around with the settings until you get
the right size and location for the signature. When you've
done, make a template from that document for future use.

Save the formatted signature image as an autotext entry.
