I am working in Word 2002 and want to create a custom drop-down list in a
word document (for a survey). I cannot figure out how to through using the
help function within Word.

If you just want a few dropdown lists and don't want to create a protected
form, see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/AutoTextList.htm
