HOW DO I UNcapitalize ALL TEXT IN A WORD DOCUMENT
THAT I HAVE SLECTED,
I FOUND IN FORMAT/FONT "ALL CAPS"
NOW I JUST NEED "no caps"

Select the text, then from the Format menu choose

'Change Case'

If the text is formatted with All Caps, you can remove them with
Ctrl+Spacebar, but if the text was typed with Caps Lock on, then you need to
use Format | Change Case.
