I don't know where to go to type @ when my computer is set to SP. I type a
lot in spanish and have to switch to EN when inserting the @ simbol. There
must be a better way. What is it??

According to the Spanish keyboard layout in
http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/reference/keyboards.mspx, to get the @
symbol you should hold the AltGr key while you press the 2 key.

From Windows >accessories > accessibility, activate the on screen keyboard
which will show you the key mappings for the current keyboard.
