I recently had to reinstall MS Word (Office Small Business Edition 2003).
Previously, I would use Print Preview and would go back to the document by
hitting the Escape key.
Ever since I reinstalled Office, that doesn't work. Now I have to use the
menus, or use the keyboard shortcut Alt+c.
Why has this changed? Is there an option I can choose so that I can use the
Escape key for escaping from Print Preview?
Thank you.

Does Ctrl+F2 work? (You can use the same command to enter Print Preview.)

Stefan,
I tried your suggestion, but it didn't get me out of Print Preview. (It
does, as you said, get me INTO Print Preview.)
But even if it did work, it's no easier then Alt+C. I'd still need to hit
two keys.
I just want to have the ESCAPE button working again.
Thanks for your input.
John

If you use the Start button, click Run, type:

winword /a

and press Enter, does the keyboard shortcut work correctly? If so, an add-in
might be causing the problem.
