I use Word2K as my email editor with Outlook2K.
Ordinarily, if I am in Outlook and click the New button (to create a
new message) Word opens as a maximized window.
Now, for some reason, Word opens as a Window that fills perhaps 20% of
the screen, and that is centered top to bottom. I have tried clicking
the maximize button and also dragging the borders of the Word window
to fill the screen. Either technique works fine for the moment, but
then when I try to create a new message, the same small window
appears.
What can I do to correct the problem?
Sincere thanks for suggestions,
Kenneth

Hi Russ,
Yes, this happens when I am working in Outlook, and click on its New
Message button.
I have also noticed that a re-boot cures it, but I have not figured
out the cause.
Thanks for your response,
This is a setting that is saved in the registry when Word and Outlook quit.
Try this:
1) Fix the problem manually
2) Exit Word
3) Exit Outlook.
4) Reboot.
Fix it?
If not, you have a damaged DATA key in your registry. Get your system
administrator to sort it out for you.
Hope this helps.
