I would like to have the entire path name of a document, including the
document name, printed on the document - probably in a footer.

In Word 2000: Open the Header/Footer View. This should show a specialized
Header/Footer menu bar. Go to the place in your footer where you want to
insert the path & file name. Select "Insert AutoText" from the menu bar.
Select "FileName and Path".

Insert the "Filename and path" entry from the AutoText menu on the Header
and Footer toolbar.
