Hi Ike

Have you investigated AutoText and AutoCorrect?

As a quick test, type a phrase or a paragraph that you need to type often.
Select it. Insert > Autotext > Autotext. Give it a name and click Add.

Now, in your document, type the first four characters in the name, and you
should see a little pop up appear. Press Enter. Or, type the full name of
your AutoText and press F3. Or, choose from the Insert > AutoText menu.

You can save whole pages of text, diagrams, tables, anything at all as an
AutoText and insert it with just a few keystrokes.

AutoCorrect works in a similar way, but Word inserts your phrase or text
instantly. Tools > AutoCorrect Options.

Hope this helps.

Yes, Word has had that feature for several years now, probably longer than I
know, and I've been using it since Word 98.

In addition to Shauna's post, see here, especially the first two links.
