I would like to create a drop-down menu. How can I create one using a combo
box?

Why do you want use a combobox? What's wrong with using a real menu? (which
you can create using the toolbars Customize functions)

If a command menu, use a real menu, as suggested by Jezebel. If a drop down
of text, why not use the one on the Forms toolbar. It is a lot easier than
using anything from the Control Toolbox! This is what Word calls an "online
form." Check this in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at

Chapman's series of articles. You may also want to look at

Hope this helps,
