how to change the character encoding

i use WORD to save create XML files.
the problem is word allways save the file in UTF-8 !!!
how can i change this so my XML files will be save in WINDOWS-1255 ??

This is not something I do myself, so I am feeling around in the dark, but
have you investigated tools > web options in the file save dialog. I believe
you can set the default save option there.

thanks for the answer, BUT...
its good for saving as HTML but when saving as XML it allways chagnge to
UTF-8 !
i dont want it to convert my text to UTF8 characters !
if my text is Hebrew - i want it to stay that way = Hebrew letters.
not the UTF8 representation of the Hebrew letters.

how do i do that?
