Hello lneill,

you need to change text properties. So:

Select the hidden text.
Then go to "Format - Font" or press CTRL + D
In the middle of the window that appears you will find a set of check boxes.
The last one is called "Hidden text".
Uncheck it and your text is now normal.

i have address labels and some of them appear as hidden when i try to add
more addresses they also appear hidden please help using mircosoft word 2003

Or just select the text and press Ctrl-Shift-H (the Hidden Text
toggle).
