No, he is not referring to a pilcrow. He's referring to a style separator. I
show Alt+Ctrl+Return as the keyboard shortcut for that. Since I never use
style separators, I assume I didn't assign that myself. You can also, if you
like create a menu entry or toolbar button by selecting InsertStyleSeparator
from the All Commands category on the Commands tab of Tools | Customize.
