Does anyone know where I can find a symbol to represent a zero with a
diagonal line through it to differentiate it from a capital letter O?
I can't seem to find it as a symbol

There may be a few specific fonts that offer that character, but I haven't
seen one in a long time. Instead, use the EQ field with the \O (overstrike)
switch to put together the zero and slash characters.

For directions, go to http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/wordfaqs/Overbar.htm and
scroll down to the heading "Other applications".

You can create one using a zero and slash. See
http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/Overbar.htm.

To have one available as a usable symbol (that is, a zero that will function
mathematically and can be typed by pressing the 0 key on the keyboard), you
need to find a font that has the slashed zero as part of the normal
character set.
