I used to have this problem at a job where draft printing was done to my
cheapie printer, and other printing was done to the (very expensive at the
time) color printers. So, I record a macro of myself hitting File-->Print,
and choosing the OTHER printer, and I put it on my toolbar button. Then I
did one for my plain printer. You can then drag the old "print" icon off,
put the plain printer icon there, and the fancy printer icon to the right of
it. Don't worry. Make the fancy one brighter, and you'll never miss it when
you go to print. Works great. Here's how to record a macro:
