Does anyone have a template for Pendaflex 33 1/2 tabs?

I would like to print the tab inserts on my computer but cannot find a
template anywhere.

Yes, I did, but nothing there. Emailed them and got the response that there
is no template for the 33 1/2 's.

I've looked, I can't find a template. Is there an equivalent product in Avery or
some other manufacturer?
