I have created a form in Word using all the fields (text form, check box form, drop-down form etc). Everything looks all perfect when I click on "file", "sent to", "mail recipient". However, on the recipient's end, anything that is from drop-down field is not showing at all where everything else looks all right.
I cannot find any settings that I can amend in the preparation of the form.
Would appreciate if someone out there can help!!! Thanks!

Microsoft Outlook (and other email apps) don't recognize Word's form field features. You must send as an attachment if you hope to keep the feature. ************ Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com
