A path is the route to a file, listing the drive, folder, and any
subfolders. For example, the path to find your user templates is shown on
the File Locations tab of Tools | Options in Word. When you are in an
Explorer Window, you can navigate up and down in this path to get to
containing folders or files in a folder. Here is an example of a file path:

C:\Documents and Settings\Suzanne S. Barnhill\Application
Data\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP
