how do I get the return address to print on envelop ?

I am trying to print envelopes, but the return address is not printing. I do
NOT have the omit box checked and the sample envelope show that the return
address should print ???

MW, have you actually typed in the return address that you want to print in
the "Return Address" Window (it's just below and to the left of the Omit
check box)?

yes, and I also saved it as my default return address...

Hmmm... have you checked the Options box on the Envelopes and Labels dialogue
box to make sure that the correct size envelop is checked? That's the only
other thing I can think of. Good luck!
