Add folder to Open dialog box

Hello,

I know I saw this someplace else in one of the forums but
I wanted to add a folder to the 'File - Open' dialog box
in Office programs. You know, the dialog with the
Desktop, My Documents, Network places etc. Does anyone
know how to do this?
