I CHOSE A LIGHT BORDER AROUND MY PAGE. THE BOTTOM BORDER WILL NOT PRINT,
REGARDLESS OF ADJUSTMENTS. i KNOW I COULD REMOVE BORDER, PREFER TO LEAVE IT,
IF POSSIBLE. MESSAGE READS: PAGE BORDERS OF SECTION 1 ARE OUTSIDE PRINTABLE
AREA OF PAGE. DO YOU WANT TO PROCEED?
THE BOTTOM BORDER PRINTED ON ANOTHER COMPUTER, BUT NOT MINE
THANK YOU.

Hi Rebecca -

First of all, avoid using ALL CAPS... it is extremely difficult to read & is
considered the equivalent of 'shouting'.

The border most likely printed from another computer because that computer
was connected to a different printer. Most printers have minimum margin
settings & anything outside the margins will not print. You might try setting
a larger bottom margin value & see if that helps.

I can't remember if Word 2000 has the feature, but you might also go into
Format>Boders & Shading>Page Border & click the Options button in the corner
of the dialog box (if there is one). That will present you with border margin
settings you can adjust to comply with the requirements of your printer.
