A list of tables is just a specialized TOC or TOF. If you've used a specific
style or caption label exclusively for the table titles/captions, you can
create a TOF based on that style or caption label, which is a little easier
than a TOC (since you have to eliminate so many other styles). If you
haven't used a specific style exclusively for the table titles, you'll need
to insert TC fields and create a TOC based on "Table entry fields."

Insert | Reference | Index and Tables | Table of Figures | Options: Select
the desired style and check "Style" or check "Table entry fields" if you've
inserted TC fields. For more, see
