Right click QAT and click "Customize Quck ..."
Select "All Commands" in the Choose Commands from drop down
Scroll down and select the Phonetic Guide and click "Add"

Yes. With a Chinese language enabled the Phonetic Guide icon, and a few
other new icons, appears in the font group. Bowing out now as I am clearly
out of my range.
