Comming late to the thread, but: there is no such setting!
You could (in theory :-)) try to darken your colors appropriately so
that they will look better on screen (in PrintLayout view) -- but they
will then look too dark in both PrintPreview and on paper.
But if you don't need your customers to actually write something into
these files, then distributing them in *.doc format might not be the
best option, anyway. PDF?
