how can I create a new folder so I can group like files together using Word
2003

Click your Windows Start button, click Help, type "creating" ... to learn
how to create a folder in Windows.
In Word, you can do it in the File-->Open or File-->Save dialogs by clicking
the New Folder icon and immediately type the new folder's name and hit
enter.
