There isn't one by default, but you can assign one. Instructions are
at
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/AsgnCmdOrMacroToHotkey.htm.
The Strikethrough command you want is in the Format category.

For occasional use, Alt+O,F,Alt+K,Enter (press and hold Alt, type OFK,
release Alt, press Enter) works fine. For more regular use do as Jay says
and define your own.
