I can apply Heading Style 1 with CTRL+ALT+1, Heading Style 2 with CTRL+ALT+2
and Heading Style 3 with CTRL+ALT+3

How can I assign a keyboard shortcut to Heading Style 4?

Thanks

Select Tools > Customize and click the Keyboard button.
In the Categories list, select Styles.
In the Styles list, select Heading 4.
Click in “Press new shortcut key” and press the desired key combination.
Make sure Normal.dot is selected in “Save changes in”. Click Assign. Then
click Close twice.

To save Normal.dot at once, press and hold the Shift key while you select
File > Save All. If a dialog box opens, asking whether to save changes to
Normal.dot, click Yes.

Thank-you

I followed the steps below but when I press CTRL+ALT+4 (the shortcut I
assigned) I get a Window popup "Linked CSS Style Sh..." - I'm not quite sure
how to proceed after that.

By the way, in the meantime, I created a macro that can assign Heading 4 - I
do appreciate your advice though and will keep that in mind for future Style
shortcuts.
