Windows cannot open Adobe Acrobat .pdf files by itself, but you can download
and install the free Adobe Reader program from http://www.adobe.com. Some
web browsers have Adobe Reader built in, so you might try opening the .pdf
file from the "File | Open" menu of your web browser.
