I want to attach a document to an email but the attachment is visible in the
email body. I would like to see the document attached in a field (i.e. under
to, cc & subject) named "attachment" instead! How do you change the settinge
for this?

This occurs when you have Rich Text as your email format. Change it to HTML
or plain text.
