spell checker says there are no wrong words. many words are incorrect.

Open your Word document, then press Ctrl+A to select all of the text, click
on Tools | Language | Set Language | <select your language> | uncheck the "Do
not check spelling or grammar" box | Default | OK, and press F7 to rerun
spellcheck.
