çıkıyor ve ben office 2007 de işlem yapamıyorum.

What are you trying to edit?

Maybe the document has been "protected for forms", e.g. see the options
on Developer tab->Protect Document

Or if you cannot see the Developer tab, you can try to enable it in Word
Office Button->Word Options->Popular->Show Developer tab in the ribbon

I don't know the Turkish words for any of these options.
