I have a 1st page header which includes a logo. When I change the margins on
Page 2, Word automatically inserts a Section Break on Page 1 and inserts the
logo header from Page 1 to Page 2...which I do not want.
And when I try to delete this Section Break, it removes my 1st page header
totally.
I've already selected "Different First Page Header"....so that's not it.

You can't change the margin setting on page 2 without having a section
break between 1 and 2. Period.

The logo header is showing up on page 2 because the headers in section 1
and section 2 are linked. Unlink them (cursor in Section 2/Page 2,
disable the Same as Previous icon on the Header/footer toolbar)

What's your overall goal here? Changing the margins by page might not
be necessary at all--there might be a different way to get the look you
want.

If you are setting up letterhead, for instance, see here:

I have unlinked the headers and it still does not work.

My goal here is to have different margin settings on Page 2....period.
However, ever time I do this, a Section Break is inserted on Page 1, then my
logo/graphics from Page 1 is also linked to Page 2.

After you've unlinked the headers, delete the header that you don't want.

Note, however, that if you are saying that page 1 should have different
margins from the other pages, there are instructions in the article at
http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/Letterhead.htm.
