You should really create the letterhead in Word (see
http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/Letterhead.htm), but if what you've
created in Publisher is just a letterhead graphic, you can insert it as part
of the header in your letterhead template in Word.

Select all of the components you want to include in your letterhead,
right-click, save as picture. You can now insert that in your Word header.
