An easier, less trouble-prone way to do this is to save the text, bullet,
and tab as an AutoText entry, then insert this at the beginning of each
paragraph in a given style (formatted with the necessary indents and tabs).

If you want text in front of the a bullet symbol then you can insert the
symbol using Insert/Symbol

Use <Alt 0149> (use the numbers on the numpad) to insert a round Bullet
character.
Now if you want to know how I found this, go to Insert/Symbol, make sure
you are viewing "Normal text", click a character you like and note the Alt
key code at the bottom of the dialog box.
