Word, Ask a Question Box

This box doesn't show on a User's PC in Word 2002. I did
the fix under Tools, Customize, R-click Ask a Question
Box to show or hide. That didn't work. THis PC will
show it for 1 second when opening Word and then it
hides. May have to reinstall "Office" but I thought I
would ask.
