In Word2007 I cant get the toolbars - normal and page layout view come up as
fullscreen with no access to any commands or toolbars - can anyone tell me
how to fix this?

You don't see the QAT or any tabs? If you see tabs, you can double-click on
one to redisplay the ribbon. If you're opening a document from an
attachment, perhaps it's opening in Full Screen Reading view? If so, you
should see a very narrow toolbar at the top of the screen with (among other
things) a close button (ESC also works).
