Success!

I finally figured out how to save a Word 2000 document as a Web Page with
hyperlinks:
1. I got rid of my TOC in the original document
2. I changed all my usage of style headings below "Heading 2" to a newly
defined styles.
3. From the Format Menu, select Frames/Table of Contents in Frame
4. Save as web page

What I end up with is a frame on the left side with hyperlinks of the two
levels of Headings I left in the document. The "original" document now sits
in the right hand frame. From the hyperlink from I can jump around in the
document to my heart's content. Exactly what I wanted.

My only concern is that since my ISP is on a UNIX system, my file names have
to be lower case. So this means I have to edit the file names to be all
lowercase. Other than that, I'm a happy camper.

Of course, since I had to remove the TOC, this sort of negates the
"roundtrip" feature of Word 2000.
