Mail Merge Multiple IF statments

Hi,
I'm trying to do a mail merge that inserts different text depending on the results. I'm doing something wrong but can't figure out what it is I have a field called Type and depending on the Type the letter will get a different sentence. For example, if the Type is Tax, it should place tax language and if Litigation it should insert litigation language.

I'm drawing a blank on how to do this. The built-in If..Then..Else doesn't allow for the additional check for litigation.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
