Ms Word 2002 attempts to dial-up??? ... Any suggestion

Hi,

I have a problem with Ms Word 2000 on Windows 98. When I try to open a word
document, before open it Ms Word attempt to connect to Internet.

Norton Antivirus 2003 doesn't detect anything. And there are not any
suspicious in [Run] registries.
