I am having the problem described in article KB306534
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb%3ben-us%3b306534). The
article mentions "A supported work around is also available from Microsoft,
..." in the Resolution section, but fails to mention where to acquire the
fix. Can anyone help???

The online support options are not available to OEM versions, & the
phone support starts at 1USD /min, am I expected to pay to resolve a bug
that
