There are two kinds of digital signatures. What you want is a picture of
your actual signature, which will require that you scan it or otherwise
digitize it, then insert it as a picture (Behind Text if you want it to
appear to sit on the signature line). What you're trying to use is a
"signature" that is applied to the document invisibly to certify its
authenticity; for that you have to have a certificate of some sort, and I
would imagine if you had that you would know more about it than I do.
