What files I need to use the Simplified Chinese function?

When I tried to convert traditional chinese text to simplified chinese using
the Simplified function in MS word, I was prompted that "Word in unable to
proceed. More than one file necessary to do TC/SC translation is missing".
Can I know what are the files that is needed?

Translation) like convertz?
