Problems with Word XP on Windows 2000

I can open Word, but when I start working in Word I'm
getting a DrWatson. I've got this problem on new doc's as
well as on excisting doc's. I've already installed Service
Pack 2 and the small updates of Office.
Anyone any idea what I can do?
